We tread very lightly. No dredges, no destroying the environment. We plant a lot of oysters each year. The oyster is distributed all over the country. The theory is: you eat more oysters, we’ll grow more oysters and our waters will be cleaner! We have over 6 million oysters in the water right now. We currently ship about 1.5 million oysters a year.
